We are a small family owned (and run) business. We can’t afford much (if any) advertisement, so we depend on word of mouth referrals from satisfied customers. So, our policy is that EVERY customer WILL be satisfied. Even if that means they decide they no longer want to be a customer.
Our refund and returns policy is very simple. We call it “The NO BS Bullet Proof Return Policy”. If you aren’t happy with the product for ANY reason, simply return it (we will provide a prepaid shipping label), and we will replace it or refund your money within one business day of receiving the product.
No BS: We don’t care if it got run over by a truck, or if your neighbor’s kids flooded the keyboard with Dr. Pepper. We don’t care if you bought it three years ago. We don’t even care if you just decided that it wasn’t worth what you paid for it. Send it back… get your money back.

Notify us that you would like to return it. We will send you a prepaid shipping label, and we will refund your purchase price (or ship you a replacement unit if you prefer) within one business day of receiving it.
